Frequently asked questions

A. Our 360 booth is 32" round and can accommodate up to 360kg. We recommend a maximum of 3 people to be on the platform at any given time.

A: We recommend a minimum of 3x3 meters of square space for any 360 photo booth hire. This is so we can ensure enough space for the guests coming on and off the platform, any potential guests queuing, and our 360 booth operators.

A: Yes, all of our 360 bookings always come with an operato. This is not only to ensure the safety of your guests, but to also control the software while it captures, and to ensure all your guests receive their 360 captures.

Frequently asked questions

A. Our photo booths are suitable for outside events as long as they have access to a power source. However we recommend keeping the booth inside or in a sheltered area with enough room for your guests where possible. This is to avoid any damage caused by a change in weather.

A: We recommend a 2x2 meter space to be allocated in any venue for our Open Air photo booths. This is to ensure a safe distance between guests and the booth, as well as enough room for our attendants to operate in.

A: All photos taken at in our open air photo booths are shot using a 12MP high resolution lens. The captures are also enhanced by the LED ring light around the booth which makes for stunning captures.
